Legal Immigrants
I'm celebrating our legal immigration status in a dumpy ole Japanese restaurant that serves burgers in the center of K'la. After hopping public transport this morning and traveling here for the 9th time in 6 months, I finally walked away with 2 valid passports in hand. The first thing i did was praise God with a little dance that got some laughs from the officials. Then i called Tamara and we praised Him together. Now I'm celebrating with you. At this point we can move forward with our children's travel documents in prep for our September furlough. Those meetings are scheduled at the US Embassy on the 22nd and 23rd. Oh, the food is here. Thank you so much for your prayers.
